The project is envisioned in two phases. The entire project covers an area of 30,000 square meters and consists of 250 apartments, 400 rooms, and an outdoor parking lot with 200 parking spaces, which will be monitored by video surveillance. In the first phase, 175 apartments will be built, while the second phase will include an apart-hotel, restaurants, café bars, a fitness center, and a modern 1,000 square meter spa center with an indoor pool. The apartments range in size from 31 square meters with a separate sleeping area to spacious three-bedroom units measuring 69.50 square meters. They will be built to the highest standards with finishing touches inspired by the best ski resorts in the world.

CONFLUO shower drains are also delivered, and Sunnyville is one of the first projects for which we delivered the product from our new segment – FLUENTA built-in cistern with accompanying equipment and dual button activation key.

FLUENTA system is praised by installers on the site itself as the simplest and most practical product of this segment with which they have worked so far.

Retail Park Rakovica

Penitentiary Pančevo

Another in a series of projects, financed by the Construction Directorate of Serbia, began to be built at the Zemun – Gornji grad site. The Residential and Business complex of the Zemun Gate will spread on an area of about six hectares, and 1,700 apartments will be deployed in eight buildings. Within the first phase, 323 apartments, 240 garage spaces and 62 parking spaces in the ground will be built, and the completion of Phase 1 is expected in September 2018. By building the Center of Excellence of the University of Kragujevac, multidisciplinary scientific research will be enabled, connecting different scientific disciplines (medicine, biomedicine, biology, chemistry, technical and engineering sciences, biomedical engineering), researchers from different fields, as well as scientific and other institutions, for which development the Center will provide logistical assistance and support.

For the needs of this project, Peštan has delivered PVC KG system of external sewage, as well as PEHD (PE 100) drinking water system.

Hotel complex Rtanj

On the Rtanj mountain, the construction of a hotel worth about three million euros began. The object with 88 beds will cover an area of 3,800 square meters, and the hotel will, by the way, be in ethno-style, made of wood and glass. An artificial lake will be located in front of him, and the installation of a panoramic cableway, worth about nine million euros, is planned, from the foot to the top of Rtanj. In the initial phase of the construction of this complex, here are some of Peštan’s products that are represented:

Water supply of the northern part of the municipality of Prnjavor

Within the project of water supply for the northern part of the municipality of Prnjavor in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Peštan delivered polyethylene PE 100 pipes, nominal diameter from ø 25 to ø 315 and to different kinds of pressure from PN6 to PN20.

The contractor himself did the plumbing of the entire project, which was implemented during 2015.

The total value of the goods supplied is € 600,000.

Construction works for water supply “Baba Rexhep” i “Lugu i Dardhes” (Sarande)

Construction of the route for water supply of drinking water to the city “Rexhep Baba” and “Lugu i Dardhes” in Srande realized by the company CAUSHI shpk.

In the project were used PE100 water pipes of the following diameters:

• HDPE Ø315 PN20 – 720 m
• HDPE Ø250 PN10 – 500 m

Water supply of medium-sized municipalities in Serbia, programm 1, phase 2

Within the second phase of the water supply programm 1 for medium-sized municipalities, financed by KFW bank, and for the replacement and construction of new water supply networks in the municipalities of Kraljevo, Sabac, Loznica and Pancevo, Peštan delivered polyethylene pipes in diameters from ø 20 to ø 630.

The total value of the goods supplied is € 1.56 million, and the project was implemented in 2015.

Water supply of Kosovska Mitrovica, Zvečana and Kosovska Mitrovica

Within the water supply program of municipalities in northern Kosovo, which is being implemented by the construction company Jedinstvo, Peštan has delivered 20 km of water supply polyethylene pipe diameters from ø 450 to ø 630, pressure from PN6 to PN20.

The total value of the goods supplied is 3.2 million euros and the project is being implemented during 2016.

Irrigation systems in Karađorđevo, Sivac and Bačka

Al Rawafed (UAE) & Government of Republic of Serbia have made a joint venture with the aim of creating irrigation systems.  For the prime contractor is hired Israeli company ‘Evergreen for development’ who had the office in Novi Sad. Peštan on this occasion delivered a polyethylene pipe PE 100, a distance of 16 meters, a diameter of ø 110 to ø 630 different pressure, and for the construction of the main pipeline from the river to the farms. Pipes are posted by the construction company builder NS, location and Agrobačka Young Borac, while in Karadjordjevo was engaged by the company Konstruktor Engineering Bileca.

A total of 8.5 km of pipes supplied in the amount of € 520,000.

Donja Bistra

Project „Donja Bistra“ started in September 2021. This project is in the quiet part of Donja Bistra, in Morička street and it consists of buildings with two-story apartments built as row houses and independent family houses. The expected date of completion is in May 2022. Peštan company has delivered for this project PPR, Pert-Oxy, HTPP, S-Line, PVC KG, and PEHD water pipes. Besides pipes and fittings, Peštan manholes were also delivered, as well as the Confluo Premium line drains.
