Quality Division in the Peštan Company comprises two segments of activity: Quality control and Management system.
Certification of its operations according to the standards:
- ISO 9001 – Manage quality
- ISO 14001 – Environmental protection
- ISO 27001 – Information security menagment
- ISO 45001 – An occupational health and safety management system
- ISO 50001 – Energy efficiency management
The company achieved the possibility of controlled and documented process management.
The aforementioned is confirmed through a series of supervisory checks and several recertifications. At the same time, keeping the said certificate management systems was the basis for application at the most famous European and world certification bodies for the purpose of certification of product groups.
The achievement of the above defined Quality Policy, which clearly identified stakeholders and objectives: Fully meet their demands, the placing on the market of products conforming to standard regulations.
This shall be achieved by:
- employment, education and constant checking of the performance of the same, qualified staff and ensuring safe working conditions health
- creating lists of approved suppliers, based on the performed inspection and testing of raw materials offered in the process, and acceptance control of each delivery, regardless of the fame and size suppliers. All raw materials used for products and wastes generated are safe for the environment, as evidenced by documentation of suppliers and checks in labs outside companies
- authorized methods of controlling products on production lines, using high-quality measuring and control equipment regularly calibrated in external laboratories and checked prior to use in the Company.
- accurate and reliable recording of the tests performed by SAP, QM (Quality module), analyzing the data and looking for opportunities to improve.
Groups of products are produced and controlled in accordance with the requirements of standards, which are provided in detail in the work products and solutions. In order to achieve this, in addition to process control and final product, it is necessary to input and quality control. Service laboratories for testing polymer is an essential resource for the collection and analysis of information on the materials used in the company Peštan, regardless of whether the basic raw materials such as polymers or very specific, such as additives or the final product.
Most modernly equipped with all the necessary instruments, such as differential scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer, infra-red spectrophotometer with Fourier transformation, is optimally organized and professionally managed, able to confront all the challenges posed to it, whether those are from the domain of routine reception and final control or part of a project that requires the development of new materials.
The user of the services performed by Laboratory Service has the right to make an objection or complaint against the examination performed in accordance with the procedure PL.PR.16.
