Production-technical sector companies Peštan consists of two parts: production and maintenance. In this sector employs about 500 workers and annually processing over 50,000 tons of polymer materials.

Production consists of eleven production units, or plants. Peštan uses the latest technology for the processing of polymers, both for the injection molding process, and the extrusion process, by the help of 108 production resources by which is made of more than 8000 different items.

Two years ago, technical production sector started to apply a new methodology of WCM (World Class Manufacturing), which improve the daily activities and where all employees have a common understanding and agree with the goals.

As part of the production and technical department there is located maintenance service that contributes to a better effectiveness of the equipment. In this service are highly specialized employees who contribute with daily engagement that manufacturing processes are undisturbed.

As part of the Department Peštan owns annealing which employs 30 workers where the right tools for the production on the latest CNC machines.
