Peštan polyethylene corrugated drainage pipes are made of standard PE corrugated pipes and can be created and defined also of the pipe with outside (OD) diameter  and defined by the inner tube (ID) diameter, enabling optimal selection of diameters and hydraulic capacity. PE OD pipes up to a diameter of 200 mm are made in the process directly on the line. Pipes larger than that ID or pipes which are made subsequent to the processing of semi-automatic machines.

Drainage corrugated PE pipes are available in the following diameters: Ø OD 75, Ø OD 90, Ø OD 110, Ø OD 125, Ø OD 160, Ø OD 200, Ø OD 250, Ø OD 315, Ø OD 400, Ø OD 500.

All diameters can be created in classes of ring stiffness  SN 4 or S 8. This range of ring stiffness allows optimum selection of tubes in accordance with the static calculation. Pipes can be supplied in coils of 50 m, diameters up to Ø 200 OD or bars of 6 m for all diameters. Peštan polyethylene (PE) corrugated drainage pipes intended for the construction of a pipeline dedicated gravity drain excess water from the soil. The pipes are perforated in accordance with DIN 4262/1. In accordance with this standard, the total area of the slot for receiving water is higher than 50 cm²/m, and pipes can be completely perforated by volume or 2/3 perforated.  The slots are located between the ribs pipe symmetrically in volume over the length of the tube which allows not obstructed access of water to the slit. During the construction of drainage systems is recommended to pipe except the stone filter layer placed in an additional protective layer of geotextile filter to prevent leaching of the soil and the possible blocking of the hole on the tube by impurities and therefore reduced efficiency of the pipeline.

Buyer in accordance with their needs can choose a circumferential stiffness (strength ring) pipe that can be SN 4 (4 KN/m²) or SN 8 (8 KN/m²). With this program, we offer a complete pipe manhole manufactured of our pipes or roto casting technique as well as fitting program so that we can meet all customer requirements regardless of how the project was complex.
