In the first phase, 175 apartments will be built, while the second phase will include an apart-hotel, restaurants, café bars, a fitness center, and a modern 1,000 square meter spa center with an indoor pool. The apartments range in size from 31 square meters with a separate sleeping area to spacious three-bedroom units measuring 69.50 square meters. The building consists of three lamellae, constructive and functional units with separate entrances and communications. The total number of apartments in the building is 101. The apartments are differently structured (one, two and three bedroom) with a view to the sea, the mountains and the city of Bar. Apartments are built to the highest standards for the most demanding customers. The building is located in the center of the city near the Boulevard of Revolution, in Risto Lekić Street C11. This location was selected to make future occupants available to all city facilities – trade facilities, educational and government institutions, cafes and restaurants. This is an elite part of the city, which is characterized by a peaceful way of life, regardless of the tourist season.

Facilities: reception, two kitchens, two restaurants, mini-market, parking for guests, courts for small sports, etc. Over the course of more than 40 years of its business, HTP “Velika plaža” Ulcinj hosted a large number of families, working and sports teams, from the country and abroad, and by renovation, it is expected to improve the quality of service to an even higher level.

Hotel Putnik Kopaonik

Hotel Putnik Kopaonik is located in the sunny valley, the most beautiful part of Kopaonik, at 1650 meters above sea level, only 15 minutes walk from the tourist center of the mountain and ski lifts. Guests have 80 standard, 13 Lux rooms and three apartments at their disposal. The hotel will become a “Resort” with swimming pool and SPA center, but also many other facilities, so we can conclude that this building will be one of the most beautiful in Kopaonik. The following products of the company Peštan are included in installation in this project:

Voždove kapije

“Voždove kapije” is the first condominium on Voždovac, the historic part of Belgrade. Surrounded by a gate, this quarter becomes a true symbol of the southern gate of the city, which connects the center of Belgrade with its southern municipalities. For this project, Peštan has been contracting the delivery of the following materials:

For the first phase of construction, consisting of 252 residential units in Sunnyville settlement in Višnjička Banja, the company Peštan has delivered a complete system of water and sewage, as follows:

PP-R FLUIDTHERM FIBER pipes and fittings, PEHD pipes and fittings, 3P pipes and fittings for indoor and PVC KG, PE and PP corrugated pipes and fittings for outdoor sewage. CONFLUO shower drains are also delivered, and Sunnyville is one of the first projects for which we delivered the product from our new segment – FLUENTA built-in cistern with accompanying equipment and dual button activation key.

FLUENTA system is praised by installers on the site itself as the simplest and most practical product of this segment with which they have worked so far.

,,Shoppi“ Retail Park Smederevo is the third in a series of the retail parks in the portfolio of the company MPC Properties. For construction of this facility, which occupies about 10.000 square meters of area with over 300 parking spaces, the company Peštan has delivered the following products:

Kraljevi Čardaci – Kopaonik

As part of investments in Kraljevo Cardakci, 85 new apartments are being built, and a hotel block with 24 rooms is expanding. There is also a large playroom for children, as well as a fitness center. The biggest accent in the expansion refers to the wellness area for the youngest guests up to 12 years old, for which pools with water facilities are stored (slides, sprinklers, bridges …). The new part will be connected with the old SPA and wellness center and a newly built cafe. At this stage, the following Peštan materials are in use on this great project:

In the continuation of the project, we expect to expand the assortment to CONFLUO PREMIUM and CONFLUO STANDARD, as well as to the FLUENTA program of built-in cisterns.

Al Maseela Luxury Residential Compound

For the purpose of construction 126 villa unit, club house, shopping center, nursery &  mosque building, were delivered PPR pipes and fittings. The total area is 25,400 m², and each villa has 200m² . The planned end of the construction works is in December 2016.

Kodra e Diellit 1

Kodra e Diellit 1 is a project that consists of villas and small buildings. There are business and residential premises. This project used Peštan PP-R pipes and fittings for hot and cold water, and HTPP sewage pipes.

The total value of the goods supplied is about 150,000 euros, and the project is due to the volume of investments realized in the period from 2013 to 2015.

Residential and commercial building “Lyra”

For the construction of residential and commercial building “LYRA” investors “Three B invest”, artist G. P. “Forward”, were delivered Fluidtherm pipes and fittings in various diameters from ø 20 to ø 63 per length. In order to obtain high-quality installations the investor decided to install fiberglass tubes to reduce the expansion joints that occur in the middle of a change in water temperature.

The notional value of delivered PPR pipes and fittings is 25,000 EUR.

Commercial and residential complex AVIV PARK

The notional value of delivered PPR pipes and fittings is 32,000 EUR, and the project was implemented from 2104 to 2015.

S2 commercial and residential complex

in Sarajevo

For the purpose of building the internal plumbing, investor has chosen the company “GRAMEL” doo Sarajevo, which has opted for Fluidtherm pipes and fittings. The facility consists of an underground garage on 3 floors and 3 buildings containing ground and 12, 14 or 16 floors. Underground floors are intended for garaging vehicles with a total of 340 parking spaces total area of 12,613 m². In addition to parking in these floors are planned and technical facilities necessary for the smooth functioning of garages and office buildings. All underground floors are vertical communications (stairs and elevators) associated with the overhead part of the object (ground floor). Ground facilities are foreseen for storing the input area, and various multimedia content (showroom, conference and meeting rooms with other rooms for multiple purposes). It is designed flexible layout – office or desk system. Each floor has a net area of 610m². A total of over 25 000m² of office and business space.

The total value of the goods supplied is about 60,000 EUR, and the project is due to the volume of investments realized in the period from 2011 to 2015.

Garden City (Dve kule)
